About Anaheim Stadium

Anahiem StadiumFounded by German families is 1857, Anaheim, California is home to Disneyland Resort, Angel Stadium of Anaheim, the Honda Center and Anaheim Convention Center. With a diverse racial and ethnic composition, Anaheim is the second most populous city in Orange County. Anaheim is most known for its theme parks, sports teams and convention center.

Disneyland Resort is Anaheim’s largest and most popular attraction. The magical kingdom is divided into themed realms which all contain unique shops, restaurants, entertainment and attractions. Visitors can visit Frontierland to see Mark Twain’s Riverboat or Critter Country and ride Splash Mountain. Disney’s most well known attraction, Its A Small World, is found in Fantasyland.

Anaheim Stadium is home to baseball’s Anaheim Angels. Opening in 1966, it is the fourth oldest major league baseball stadium. Before moving to St. Louis, the NFL’s Los Angeles Rams played their home games in Anaheim Stadium. In the parking lot is the “Big A” landmark, which originally served as a scoreboard support and is illuminated after Angel wins.
