Getting Around Anaheim

Originally called Anaheim Stadium, then later renamed Edison International Field of Anaheim, to locals it's simply referred to as Angel Stadium or "The Big A". The stadium is currently home of the Los Angeles Angels professional baseball team (American League) but also hosts a variety of events including concerts and annual Christian crusades. Located at 2000 Gene Autry Way in Anaheim, CA, it's accessible by several different routes and means of transportation.

By car:
Angel Stadium is bordered by the Orange Freeway on the east side, Katella Avenue on the north side, State College Boulevard on the west side and Orangewood Avenue on the south side. The electronic marquee, the Big A, is 210 feet tall and is a great landmark for locating the parking lot as it sits near the eastern boundary (it's also visible from the freeway.) From the Orange Freeway (SR 57) use either Orangewood Avenue (Exit 1B) or Katella Avenue (Exit 2) to Angel Stadium. General and preferred parking are available. Tailgating is permitted in the General Parking area, however, alcohol is prohibited.

By train:
You can access Angel Stadium fairly easily from both Metrolink's Orange County Line and Amtrak's Pacific Surfliner train routes, as the tracks and Anaheim train station are located on the edge of the stadium's parking lot.

By shuttle:
The Anaheim Resort Transit (ART) offers shuttle service aboard their numerous trolleys to and from more than a dozen local hotels to the Anaheim Amtrak station, as well as other points of interest including the Anaheim Convention Center, Disneyland and The Block at Orange. Daily and multi-day passes are available for the ART

By taxi:
Several taxi companies in the Los Angeles and Orange County area are available for service to Anaheim Stadium. Check the local phone listings or your hotel's concierge desk for phone numbers.
